Police and the Secret Service are investigating an incident in Frederick involving an evident attempt to daunt citizens with the shipment of a threatening letter. The Trick Service is included because the letter specifically threatened Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and vice presidential nominee Sen. Kamala Harris.
